Though just about any dodgy/ low end bike shop that sells on trade ins/used bikes will have a veritable harvest of bikes like that, that once, long ago, were decent ridable bikes for normal people, then cheap accessories, saddles, plastic fantastic bits and longer stems happened. Such a shame :/
