Oh the protestations of the perbenisti! Oh woe are you! You are a serious artist are you not? Misunderstood by your generation?
Fucking drama queen. You deserved the neg rep. Suck it up and move on.
ha!
What I'm or what I'm not it's out of your perception, you fucking idiot.
But, it's typical of fucking idiots to go around dropping shit on things of others where they are not in able to contribute as not fucking miserable idiots.
Then, if they are a kind of misunderstood idiots, sometime without having the knowledge, they can help to improve, in a rising way, the work of others.
But, they are not aware, it's just involuntary idiocy contribution.
So, whateva.Has anyone really been far as decided to use even go want to do look more like?

I have no idea why anyone would give Marco negative rep for his dead bike/dead animal juxtapositions. That's just mental. His google-translated pseuding might not be to everyone's tastes, but I thought it was obvious his recent contributions were a tonic.
We'll have James and Ashe starting up in this thread as well soon, once the word gets out that corn is being popped.

Possibly because posting photos of decaying animals could be considered in poor taste (subjective). I found it in poor taste and I negged him for it. I would neg him again for it as well. If I posted something borderline distasteful I would expect the same in return. No quarter given and none asked.
Neither Marcom nor I seem to really care enough to continue the discussion so I assume that we agree to disagree and not worry about it.

Noooooo, aaaaaah, don't wreck this thread!
It's an ark, a rescue vessel, a way out when no other thread will do any more!
It's top of the mountain for forum threads.

I didn't nerg marcom for the post yesterday (nor would I, I guess), but I'm with Arrogah on this one.
That was really distasteful and to be quite honest just ruins the whole fun of last page...
specially since it's at the bottom.
But I guess everyone's got the right to their view on what is 'fun', right?... Even if it's not. -

zzzzzz...

Hmm, I still can't see the distastefulness of it. Fuck knows people have posted that picture of the squirrel in the forks a billion times, and without any artistic merit. Have negative reps gone out for that as well, as an example?
Things live, die, decay. Autolysis can be beautiful. Some of the comparisons on this thread have been 'fun' in a more comedic way; some have been obvious and not particularly thought or response provoking; some have been whimsical in other ways. What unites the 'best' ones is a keen, creative and intuitive eye for velomorphic possibilities in the animal kingdom. Who gives a fuck if the animals are living or dead in the photos if there's no brutality occurring? It was more respectful than distasteful, because it was such a well considered and executed 'piece'.
Not sure what the vegan take on this would be… Oliver? Using a photo of an animal-based artefact rather than the animal itself? Where would you stand on this if it were an exhibit in a gallery using the actual objects from the photos (and I use the term 'object' carefully, but correctly I think)?

^ Fucking ace^
My idea was to open a thread where to quote all the animal dead pictures that have been posted on this forum before. And I'm not gonna go down to ask to debate when those where aimed to people of this forum..
But then I opted for just a nap, hoping the discussion ends here. At least on this thread.

I understand you so much more when you communicate through visual media. Someone at Google Translate HQ has it in for you.

Fine, next time (if) I will try with smoke signals. Happy better now?

To me, the juxtaposition of an abandoned bike next to a rotting animal corpse was repellent. I found nothing thought provoking about it, quite the opposite, I found it quite thoughtless and quite juvenile. Others seem to agree with me, but others would agree with you. We'll agree to disagree on this one BMMF - it is a subjective thing, like defining "obscene." We could split hairs all evening long and not end up in agreement.
I personally found it incredibly distasteful, so I negged it. That is my right, so I did. That is all.

So, now it's time for visual feeding, yummy:):)
we have also some smoke.
