Feck. Seen them for sale in the US for $2k USD. Have you spoken to London Espresso? They do parts and also do the refurb work and may be worth a call at least.
http://www.londonespresso.com/Spare_parts_Bezzera.htm
I used them for my Brugnetti spares.
mary and joseph, £360 for full service and pressure test excluding parts
Pump is ordered, technical diagrams downloaded spanners are oiled.
Gonna take the tank and pipes orf and give them a proper deep isolated descale

HB Yirgacheffe, Kenyan, Filter Blend and Brasilian Espresso Perfetio on order. Weeeeeeeeeee!
The new Has Bean Yirgacheffe is amazing. Super fruity, but fresher tasting than the last Yirgacheffe. Less dried fruit mix, more fruit salad.

just popped into the new harris & hoole on london wall as they'd put a load of free drinks vouchers in our office mailbox.
first impressions aren't all that. massively going for style over substance.
blaring 30's music which made it all but impossible to hear/speak to the staff
overly complicated ordering process (tell person with handheld pos, repeat same order to person at the till, give a name to go in the system, give name & repeat order to baristaam sure they're currently training staff but when i went in there 4 people ahead of me in the queue and 9 people behind the counter, 4 of which were actually doing anything and it took 10 minutes to get a drink from walking in the door.
of course it will be massively popular with the city suits and it's nice to see shops put in effort to their coffee but it took twice as long to run out and grab a coffee as usual and i now have a pounding headache from the music they were playing.
also I ordered a large americano and it turns out they use the same amount of coffee in all sizes so they charge you 20p extra just to dilute it with more hot water.
so now i have a big cup of thin coffee.4/10

Picked up a bag of this from The Fields Beneath the other day. No idea why it exists, but it's pretty tasty.

I wanted more caffeine not water. coding is srs bsns
even starbucks know to stick an extra shot in with their 18oz of milk in the venti so it's not diluted to fuck.
-
• #7969
if you're buying an 18oz coffee you deserve starbucks.
-
• #7970
i work in an office with no kitchen (not even a kettle), i can't go out to buy coffee every 30 minutes so a large cup of strong (black) coffee is about the only option if i'm really flagging or about to go into a long meeting.
-
• #7971
an espresso would be more effective, or get some Cascara tea.

Unfortunately the 2 group Gaggia I got from Dammit is too much of a project/too large for our kitchen so once again it's up for grabs.
Free to whoever can pick it up from SE14, it's a beast so you'll definitely need a car.
I mean, really, I'd be doing you a favour.
