  • hahhahhahhhaha coffee twats hahhahhahhah I'd rather drink Nescafe hhahhahhahha 2 quid fifty for some hot milk and a bit of coffee - suckhas!!!!!!!!!

    would it be this one?

  • I find the 250g tubs of pre-ground Illy coffee to be quite good in my Gaggia. You might want to try that as your supermarket coffeee.

This was the best stuff Tesco had. Waitrose near me has those Illy tins though.
I will move onto grinding my own as soon as I get hold of a suitable grinder. Monmouth just down the road.. lunch trip..

  • @ big daddy wayne

    That might be our winner.

  • Maybe not laughing. But pointing out that your, then current, coffee preference was for well brewed Nescafé and similar comments. It was a long time ago. I can't remember that well.

No, no, no.. you have it all wrong. If I can get nice coffee I prefer nice coffee.
I couldn't get nice coffee at home so I would have instant (except for Nescafe which I particularly don't like). I was making the point that instant is well.. instant. I didn't have the patience to wait for a stovetop in the mornings, especially when my results were inferior to what Coffee Buzz could give me for a small fortune in GBP :)

  • would it be this one?

Did I really write that? It's pretty funny since I pay £2.80.
You sure I wasn't drunk/joking/taking the piss out of me/you/others?

  • hippola - do you fancy going halvies on a bag of this?

Are you ordering in from the US now?
    I don't have a grinder yet.
    To answer your question, yes.

  • I don't get any results for Maxwell House - what yi talkin boot?

  • Oh you're a funny fucker tonight.. don't make me "unwash" those shorts..

  • :^]

those beans are from Square Mile Roasters in Londons famous London - quite interested in trying some different roasts even tho I love da monmouth

  • I'm gonna be so fucking wired... I might have to give up the midgets, coke and even rubbing mdma and vodka into my eyeballs to deal with the influx of coffee..

  • a quick question....with my stove top, do i need to tamp the coffee grounds down or not?

  • starts off with boiling water in the stovetop…

    http://vimeo.com/2905947

using this method they reckon not...

  • a quick question....with my stove top, do i need to tamp the coffee grounds down or not?

No. All the stovetop instructions I've seen say NO tamping.

  • I got my solenoid valve today! It's way larger than the original one and I thought the electrical connectors wouldn't fit but they do.. so now I'm trying to put it back together.. lucky I took a few digicam shots of the deconstruction..

  • cheers guys
