I actually was shocked at how like a plate of vomit that looked that I googled tofu scramble. It sounds quite nice. Bit like a dish I do, kind of Japanese style. I cook it with pork though and eggs rather than tofu. Oh, and some teriaki sauce.

it has never looked that nasty when i have made it but then mine always has a lot of veg in it

I'll take your word for it Chris and give it a try next week. Do you have to press the tofu?
-
• #55
yes, i find it best to put it in a colander, put the colander in a pot then mash it with a potato masher , and push the tofu coming out the bottom back in every so often. pour out the water add nutri yeast, and veg and scramble that like your brains on4 tabs.

Ok, first batch went tits up. Second batch just out of the oven. Less oats, same everything else, no greaseproof paper!! The last batch tasted good but were mostly stuck to the greaseproof and too crunchy.

• #69
ummm when i made some a few months back they came out chrispy and burt....eat them any way :)
-

Flapjacks tend to be crispy (I like that). The ones you buy are soft because they are not as fresh. LEave them for 24 -48 hrs and the crispy ones will be more like the chewy shop bourgh ones.

Skullhead Peanut Butter in Porridge is for muscle, brains, can't be topped. Seriously.
That's possibly the best idea I've ever heard!
My favorite breakfast is either porridge, or peanut butter on toast. I'd never even thought of combining the two!
I'm gonna give it a blast first thing tomorrow!
