Cheers for an awesome night!

thank you so much dale for organising. Sorry i melted away, i was a proper puddle and had to work in the morning, but it was worth a good soaking to see so many people show their face to the man upstairs and say 'NO' I shall ride, all the same. I'm defo with you on the "what if it was good weather turnout" question.
You left the loveliest post after you had, had such a great weekend, (you know the one) and rather than trawl and 'quote' you. I'd just like to say that you and all your parishioners did the same for me. :)

Cheers to all concerned; great fun.
Managed to stack it quite dramatically for no apparent reason (funny it were); hip and knee started to hurt a bit after Angel so I peeled off.Chatted to quite a few people whilst riding (I was the be-hooded chap on the gold GB). Good to meet y'all!

dan, was it you that just dropped the bike at the start of old kent road, right in front of me?? -
• #734
Er...possibly. I don't really know any road names. I wouldn't say I dropped the bike as such; 'twas definitely more the other way round. No idea what happened: was just riding along and then 'kerblammo'. Seemed like hilarious fun at the time; Alex and Hassan laughed too (bastards). Did you have to take evasive action? If so, sorry!!
