I think we've even built a non-lo-pro AA-Super for track. Lower than 57 cm though. Was made for UK match sprinter Paul McHugh.

I just finished up this build, Gazelle Champion Mondial 531 Campagnolo dropouts and groupset, Cinelli bar and stem, pretty keen to find out some more about the frame, lovely pearl paint, i've emailed gazelle with the serial number, one thing that has been brought to my attention is the decal on the headtube instead of a badge? any thoughts?http://s1089.photobucket.com/user/scotttakesphotos/media/F1071A87-9A54-461E-A40E-2A0F678C0288-5656-0000078D65C04944_zpsc75796e9.jpg.htmlhttp://s1089.photobucket.com/user/scotttakesphotos/media/F1071A87-9A54-461E-A40E-2A0F678C0288-5656-0000078D65C04944_zpsc75796e9.jpg.html

Regarding Marketplaats.nl, is it common for sellers to not respond at all? I've messaged about six different sellers now - none have replied. I wrote in (poorly translated I admit) Dutch as well as English, but not a sniff.
I guess they're rightfully being wary of some complete stranger saying "Oh hi! Nice bike/frame. Would it be possible to deliver it to Japan?" but it's not exactly "I'm a Nigerian prince in need of a thousand dollars" either.
Can anyone give me any pointers? I don't want to pester the sellers, so I've only sent them one message each.

Marktplaats is not an internationally oriented site like ebay, and they advise not to respond to messages in English 'as they may be fraudulent' and most sellers are not willing to post at all, let alone internationally.

Just keep trying. Advice I would give is to send messages in English only, most Dutch understand it well enough.
I've sold to foreign buyers via markplaats before. Otherwise an option could be to use a Dutch forum member as middle man.

Depends on your question, too.
Many marktplaats sellers do not reply immediately, because they hope/expect to get higher bids in the next couple of days. They just wait what bids are coming.
Plus what Peter said: most people are not prepared to get questions or bids from foreigners, don't know what paypal is and don't want to post large items, not to mention post abroad. If you like, I can try to help. I can do some correspondence, even pick up if it's close enough. Some other NL members of this forum may be willing to help you too.
But please understand that Gazelle is still the most sought-after brand. -

Thanks everyone.
Peter - yeah I saw that warning in the guidelines section of the site. It seems to operate like Craigslist in that you're supposed to visit the seller to pick up the goods, too. Well, I'll keep trying!Carabo and Dutch Cheese - really, thanks for the advice and your kind offer Dutch. It's good to know that it IS possible, but I'll at least try to do it by myself first, so I'll persevere for a while longer. If nothing good comes of my efforts, I'd really appreciate the help.
Thanks again! Off I return to trawling Marketplaats (and the classifieds here, too!).
My "ideal" frame size is actually 59c-t and a 57.5 top tube, so a 60 or 58 are both pretty much fine.
-
• #1467
58 and 59 have the same top tube length. 60 has a bit longer top tube.
-
• #1468
Would anyone be interested in a '59 c-t' Gazelle Jubillee 100 year frameset? I am toying with the idea of selling mine?
-
• #1469
Size? Pics?
-
• #1470
59 c-t
56 c-c
Im just testing the water really, also on Marktplaats there are 2 Gazelle Jubilee for sale. One rather nice but expensive frameset http://link.marktplaats.nl/676696973 and one full build http://link.marktplaats.nl/673414731 mix of Dura-Ace / Campy

Wrong way round for me; long arms and short legs
-
• #1472
Standard Gazelle geometry is with rather short top tube.
My frames used to be custom built with 585 mm top tube (59 cm frame c-t), 3 cm longer than standard. -
