Wiggle are being Nobs

I recieved an email earlier from wiggle saying that they are opening a pop-up store local to me for the next 8 weeks. From what I can make out they are taking over a fitness shop (ten-point.co.uk) and offering discounted bike fits,click and collect as well as having limited stuff in stock. I wonder if this might become a more permanent situation. going to go and check it out on saturday.

Spend over £10, use free returns for unwanted item?

I think they then take delivery out of your refund. Makes sense if you ask me - people getting free delivery on a £2.09 part isn't economical and if you add delivery on top there's more chance that person will use their LBS.

Lack of haribo from Wiggle always upsets me, they once set me handfuls of High 5 stuff though so I forgave them....for now!

Just got 6 tubes, some Zero drink tablets, and moar haribo

Two weeks for a seat post to arrive. Haribos did not make my day.

Mind you they were excellent Haribos ;)

These "mini" sized haribo are not as good as a smaller number of normal sized haribo.

I have some awesome-ness from Wiggle to report.

I bought a bike from them last week and they reduced it by £141 a few days later. I dropped them a friendly email saying that I was annoyed at my timing and I wondered whether they'd consider extending me a gesture of goodwill.

I was expecting a box of energy gels but instead I received a voucher for £141 with a cheerful note. Nice eh?

That is really refreshing to hear

And it works. Just spent the voucher towards a new bike for Jana.

Today's Wiggle box contained two tubulars, and THREE packets of Haribo. #wigglelovesme

Yep, I got 3 bags of Haribo, Just checked its 3 bags on every order while the TDF is on.

They put a sign up saying triple haribo throughout the tour, I'm expecting my new wetsuit to arrive today with all the haribo!

Now I just hope it fits!

I made a £60 ish order. In the order comments, as usual, I wrote 'Moar Haribos plz'.

None in my order. I reported missing Haribo as 'Item missing from my order' about 3 weeks ago. They replied the same afternoon to say that they were terribly sorry and that some Haribo will be sent out to me as soon as possible. Have I recevied any? Have I fuck.

Either they didn't send any, or a cunning employee of the Royal Mail sorting office knows what small wiggle packages contain.

Wiggle never send me Haribo, they always send me horrid gels.

Result, 3 packets of tangtastics = win.

Just need to try this wetsuit on before I eat them all!
