  • Placed an order at 3 and got notification it was processed at 4.30.

Let's just hope all of the above negativity doesn't affect me as I really need the stuff before the weekend :s

  • It's tuesday, if it's not there tomorrow or thurs, I'd eat my hat. They're quick at sending stuff.

  • Quick to send but terrible at delivering.

  • Bit cheeky you now have to unselect the non free postage option as it's set to default. Cheeky.

It has been like that for ages

  • Wow just got back to my desk to find a huge box! Win!

Someone packed up all your personal possessions and handed you your P45?

  • I ordered a pair of handlebars when they were on sale, for a fraction of their normal value.

Sadly there was an issue of some kind and despite showing as in stock Wiggle didn't have any.

They cancelled the order after I enquired about the situation as they didn't know when they'd have any more.

I noticed last night that they had the bars back in stock (priced at twice what I had placed my order at).

Emailed them this morning and they said that they'd honour the sale price, which is a bit of a winner.

    I'm impressed.

  • Placed an order on Sunday night and it was only processed an hour ago, 3 whole days later. CRC normally have my order at my doorstep by now.

  • They gave me HARIBO

Had the same problem. Think they've got a problem at the moment.

  • Nearly ordered a pair of shoes on there which showed as in stock until I noticed underneath it said expected delivery November!

  • Placed an order on Monday with free delivery.
Hadn't been processed by yesterday afternoon.
Sent a bitchy email and it arrived this morning at work!

    Send a bitchy email.

  • I canceled and ordered from CRC.
Wiggle have been becoming sneeky about things recently. Now they've developed a good big customer base, they're starting to take the piss.

  • I've quit using wiggle. No matter what you type into google, a wiggle link comes up. You click it, and no price of detials come up. Just a pic. So its tricky to see if its something they had, something they are getting, or if they are just fishing.

There are shit loads of decent online stores that offer an interesting catalog at fair prices. Why deal with these slippery bastards.

  • Sensible people shop around. I've recently ordered stuff from Wiggle, Ribble and Evans simply because each of them had items cheaper than the others.

  • They sent me a voucher for 'priority dispatch' next time, but it doesn't make a difference to delivery times it seems. I'll just stick to Evans and CRC from now on.

  • Ive always had good experiences from wiggle, always good service

  • I placed an order with them on Monday 29th and was kind of expecting it to have arrived by now so logged on to see what the score was and it's still 'Awaiting Processing' .... boo :(

  • I think they are all out riding their bikes, while everybody else is ordering stuff to go out riding their bikes. A few days of nice weather and they are doubtless swamped with orders.

  • They've been notably slow recently.

  • My bad, it does actually say Item Available to order, delivery time 2-4 Weeks.

Wish I had noticed that sooner.

  • My latest order arrived within days (as normal (ymmv)), but without free sweets. "They must really fucking hate my gut."

  • I got nothing for ages, then my last order I got a handful of mini-gels (a taster pack, I suppose). I ate them for hungover breakfast.

  • I order a garmin 800 and infront mount last thursday and it has not even been processed yet. :(
    never shopping with them again

  • Free delivery or paid?
