last time was the Grand Junction Arms - NW10 7AD... caught a nice canalside drink before the sun went down:

could go to the same again, or somewhere else like the Harlesden Picture Palace - @hamrack and I are about 5 min from each other, but he is only available every other Thursday (including this one I think, if he is back in town... )

I'm pretty sure that's my "special friend's" local.

They do decent pub food - nothing out of this world, but can't be rivalled for space, and you can cycle right through to the rear seating area

Yeah sure - I'm up for it... can meet elsewhere if necessary, but the Harlesden Picture Palace is the closest pub to me (NW10 4JJ), and we've had a couple at the Grand Junction Arms on Acton Lane (NW10 7AD).
