Thanks Oliver, I managed to find something called fox@excel a soulless offering with all of three people there and a large sign stating sky sports HD/3d so I wondered in and their sky box was broken!

walked 15 minutes to the other end of teh excel and found another fox@excel that had sky working and a few people.

It's a wasteland around Excel I'm afraid. I think the Fox is about your only choice.
