I kept pace with two chaps on great bikes through Kentish Town and then Regents, one on a SS silver crosscheck set up as a town bike and the other on a stainless Genesis equilibrium with PDW guards.

Previously seen, historically, caning it down college road. First spot in a long time, now through Dulwich and Camberwell.

1) Ex Cambridge lightweight rower, good chat - probably not on here though.

2) Saw the guy on the TT bike again. Had a better look this time, it's a Canyon Speedmax CF. Apparently the dude is prepping for a race. Asked him whether he wasn't afraid something might happen to his bike in traffic. His response was "... ... yeah ... ... a bit ..." Hey, at least it looks cool!

Long shot... white cannondale, full guards, proper wet weather wear on the road from Monmouth to Chepstow near the bridge that crosses the Wye, about midday. Was driving but gave a thumbs-up as weather was fucking awful.

not i, been suffering chest infection for the past 2 weeks so not been doing any more exercise than i need to
