I think I know who you mean too Matt - she always seems to wear high heels and a sort of sauced-up Mary Poppins look and goes as fast as she can (which ain't so fast.. awwww) I was sauntering up Clerkenwell one Sunday afternoon a few months ago and she nearly got squashed by cars trying to RLJ at farringdon Road. I pulled up and said "ha! are you late for work or something?" she looked back with the wild eyes of a rearing horse and said "no" in a most alarmed way. Not an unusual reaction to any exchange I try and initiate with a female.
but she's not fixed or ss is she?
i was a bit startled to notice, i thought it was fixed as in a penny farthing/uni cycle style, i could be wrong. but yes, she looked wild eyed at the road ahead, i think she clocked my baffled head shaking.
'striking' yes, but only if you like cosplaying with dolls. :D hahaha!

That time bracket is way too vague.

Spotted; a woman on a fold-a-way bike in heals and hi-vis vest, travelling dangerously slowly up Clerkenwell Rd. Now, when you go slow, it makes me nervous. And when I get nervous, I get scared. And when motherfuckers get scared, that's when motherfuckers accidentally get shot.

did anyone else see a young lady looking like a bit of a froot ( pink 'dolly' circles on her cheeks, bright make up, bright dress, a bit weird) riding what looked like a mtb had smashed into a penny farthing? wasn't huge but the bars were well high. i gawked and shook my head as she passed along redchurch out on to shoreditch high street. congratulations lady, you are 'unique'... hahaha
When i lived in Brighton we knew her as 'clown girl'

way over on the over reaction. I didn't think anyone was taking the piss were they?
sorry maybe I read Matt's post in a more general way.I love the look she's got going on, I find her intriguing the way she canes it around all the time and though I don't know her she has something very sweet about her. But she definitely needs to slow down at lights... :)

I find it strangely compelling in a gold-stars-for-neat-numberwork kind of way.. I doubt if you ask anyone they'll care about it though..;)

Spotted: our esteemed leader last night crossing new Oxford st. The polite chap took time out to stop and say hello. I wasn't on a bike or anything.
