  • Morning, Hovis.

    Morning!

Also right after you, instaspot with OLC going the other way. Morning as well!

  • ^^^I'd take it and have no problems sleeping at night. It's going to get trashed anyway.

  • Man by Stockwell Tube on a white bike with rastafarian stripes. Lots of dreadlocks hiding under a head wrap. Components would suggest on here.. Is this JAH Tim?

Someone pushing a sexy ivory coloured Merckx across Lambeth bridge?

    Hello to both..

  • ^^^I'm with Hovis. Just take it, no ones going to come to collect it and it will just die a sad death.

  • Pink trip-tri Mielec with slow/// decals in the unenviable position of riding up Shoreditch High Street last night about 6:20. I was in post-workerenger mode and did not DAS.

Quickly followed by a gentleman receiving road-head in a parked car on Calvert Avenue #dogging

  • Advise me plse LFGSS.

Morally I see nothing wrong with harvesting a few bits off a bike that clearly no one wants, but it is still stealing so be prepared to answer some tricky questions should someone intervene.

  • That guy with the white front spok and fluoro green rear spok and frame painted to match them with ghetto fades in oval this morning.

  • Morning Tibbs. Grand rolling with you. It had been too long. 'traffic purple' = pink bros

  • The man they call Dammit, resplendent in Rapha in Parliament Square. A punch to the arse got his attention...

Morning Mark, good to see you this fair morning.

  • Nuts sorry I missed you! I've just been keeping my head down and spinning away since I didn't think I'd see anyone on Commercial Road - will keep my eyes peeled from now on.

Btw I went for the 60mm in the back, it's hilarious and sounds great. Part of me wishes I had gone for 82mm tho...

Stealth spots this morning commute, YAL on commercial road, due to my slow reaction time I didn't shout out a DAS (plus he was spinning at 200rpm) Also Samson coming down to king's cross from city road, didn't manage to catch up due to red lights! =(

  • do it dooks, take photos too. (genuine)

  • Spotted someone pushing a bright yellow Dosnoventa through Victoria Park on sunday.

Ok, going to to bring crank puller & spanners in with me tomorrow. Might also cable-tie note to frame with my number on to ask about paying the release fee. Don't ask, don't get right?

  • Beautiful girl on a grey Vivalo with Notorius 90 on the front and polished H+Son on the rear RLJing in Shoreditch - Brick Lane area yesterday.

That's Lettie Marsh, Fixed Gear London rider

Does bring a smile to my face with the fake aero, 60mm is probably the sensible option as you'll be thankful when your in a cross wind... ;)

    Yes.

  • Around 7:30pm last night, passing Canning Town station saw some serious high end slavery.

Black Canyon track frame, Scatto bars and ~80mm carbon rims.

    Must be on here?

  • [QUOTE=Jezston;4103917] ~80mm carbon rims. QUOTE]

According to Ho they're 88mm. No bra with that blouse so necessary etc etc

  • No bra with that blouse so necessary etc etc

May I present you with this. No, really, you've earned it ...

  • Right, this poor thing is still here. Sort of. Both wheels have been nicked now as have the bars and stem. The rack has been broken off and left on the floor. All that remains is the frame itself, the rusty chain and the Sugino Messenger crankset, BMX pedals and straps. This morning I noticed it's got a notice on it saying it's going to be removed on Thursday.

I could really do with the crankset for a cheapo build. What are the morals with this sort of thing? Would I be well out of order to pop down at lunchtime tomorrow with a crank-puller or should I wait until they take it away and pay the release fee? Or should I just let it be taken away to lie unclaimed and eventually scrapped?

    Advise me plse LFGSS.

id like you to refer to the following youtube video to justify it...
The Ethics of Stealing a Bike by Casey Neistat - YouTube

  • Maybe Poots or a lookalike stopping at the zebra crossing on Portland Street in Walworth

Sounds highly likely given I cycle up and down that road to and from work :)

    Were you ped'ing it up?

  • I was ped'ing it up from Simon's house, got to the crossing just after you'd gone.
