Don't worry, the Germans will be all too happy to try out their English on you. In the East of Germany, fewer people know English well than in the west, though.

I've always found Schweinefleisch to be a very satisfyingly German sounding (to a non-German at least) word. No so sure Oliver would find it so agreeable.
