Hi Andy, that was me. Its a bitch that little turning when buses are stopped there, i always give a wide berth round it. Followed you up the hill before peeling off, that little road is the perfect shortcut to avoid the hell of riding up denmark hill at rush hour.

Thats me, am new to the world of fixed gear bikes and absolutely loving it, took advice from friends and jumped in at the deep end.

I probably dont need to mention the childlike thrill of cranks racing round, feet feeling like they are circling faster than road runners, finding a line through traffic, reducing my commuting time by 30%, feedback through the pedals etc.

This is fast becoming one of my obsessions (along with music, dancing, competitive fencing and yoga). In 2 weeks time the fencing season ends and then plan to join the trixie dix and learn to trackstand and skid.
