What I meant to say was "Good day, I have been following your dedicated tandem thread on the internet forum about bicycles and their riders in London that we mutually frequent. I think I saw the "i ride fixed, semi pro" guy on a bmx yesterday, swerving through traffic and bunny hopping on to the pavement.

Don't think Charlotte's been out on her ordinary lately. Most likely Lionel.

I was hoping that Lionel would have been at the Herne Hill meet. Sadly he wasn't, but I did get to ride in convoy with five ordinaries (including Kat and Joff Summerfield) to the Half Moon. The reactions of passers-by were priceless.

The word ordinary confused me muchly in that sentence. Google gladly clarified

Ordinary = (almost) brakeless fixed with mahoosive wheel.
