~9.30pm, dude on red Fuji track with front Spoks trackstanding like a baus at junction of New Oxford St. and Coptic St, followed shortly by a Chinese guy, also Spokked with bullhorns. Holla!
How many front spoks did the first guy have? was he Chinese too? Is holla a Jewish bread?

^^Mainly shitty conversions. a few unipack type things. I did see an awful spangly purple and pink volume cutter

Not chinese, was wearing a sweatshirt and earphones plugged in. IIRC tri-spoke.
No bread like Italian bread.

was he definitely from China?
Can't say he's from China, but definitely looked chinese as he zoomed past.

@ XH Same as here then.
Oh also Fade 6pt and I spotted a create photo shoot in rp today. 3 guys in fluro rain jackets on all white creates with those lights you put on the spokes. They all looked very wobbly. Fade yelled ghost bikes at them. Hmm that story kind of trickled into nothing....

Did yell at them before they had the stupid lights on the wheels, they looked rather ghostly.

It's a training technique to build leg and core strength.
Her half-standing/bouncing and nodding was definitely an 'interesting' technique.

Saw Braker last night on my way home. I was feeling too lame and borderline ill to yell and/or cock punch him though

Brave on Old Kent Rd last night. Bonjour.

Night? Then bonne nuit, or at least bonsoir.

It's almost like we should turn HoKe into a meme or something...
-
• #46770
most hoke spots seem to be in the morning, when he's riding one of the brashest fixed gear bikes in london and everyone's half asleep - it's a lot easier to spot that double spoked cyber galactic warhorse than a tastefully built single coloured bob j, for me at least. maybe hoke should get his own DAS variation... hoke kokey or something... then again maybe not.

Sounds as if her saddle may have been stolen.

Sounds as if her saddle may have been stolen.
That's what I thought but then why leave the seatpost and risk an unpleasant surprise?
-
• #46773
Perhaps she nicked the bike 'cos it was only locked up by the saddle.

Because she's confident that she's sufficiently aware of it not to have an unpleasant surprise, or she couldn't get it out? She may also have been going only a short distance to the nearest bike shop?

Or its not unpleasant?
spotted loads of plastic wheels out an about today, one guy with a spok going in the opposite direction to me on the embankment going at such a speed it made the spok look mental.
