That's one powerful word, with no pesky comma to frustrate it's plans.
Oh dear,* Bruce! I've been sitting patiently waiting for someone to literally** pounce on your superfluous apostrophe. Nobody went for it.
*Note carefully placed comma!
**A complaint by a schoolfriend of son of Ludd to the effect that whenever he said something in class that was technically incorrect, people would "literally pounce" on him.
In other news, red langster steel topped off with a red bobble hat (on which the bobble was actually black) going through all the red lights up the OKR and up past Waterloo this morning. I could have shouted red but it might have sounded unironic.

No other cyclists until the OKR, then a chap on a red and white Cannondale wearing board shorts, who was spinning along at what looked like a cadence in the 120's.

Forumenger who works in cycle surgery but who's name I'm ashamed to say I've forgotten crossing junction of goswell road and old street with black backpack that looks like a t-level/mission jobby at about 10am this morning.

forumenger who's name I knew [we met before, somewhere...?!] at sainsbury off upper street on a nelson. you must be local btw, seen you couple of times around.

Must have been a forumenger on what looked like a titanium custom fixeh with carbon forks.
Westbound 8pm last night at Sheen Lane / Upper Richmond Road executed a nice track stand.
Also remained extremely calm when he shifted well into primary and slowed to be more visible to a car about to pull out only to be under-taken by a muppet roadie.
You casually upped the cadence and cruised back past the muppet, without so much as a backward scowl.
Chapeau. -

Hi walm - long time no spot. Wise to take primary all the way through Sheen at the moment, what with the multiple roadworks and all.

I am in stealth mode at the moment, relying on a subdued silver langster rather than the purple-rimmed princess these days. This probably makes me harder to spot!
Also I was getting fed up with being drenched so have been using the train.
Should check Rule #5 again really. -

I've seen a chap about 3 days running about 830 around Sussex Gardens, kinda scruffy looking on a white Dolan. I gave you a nod today and you looked quizzical. Anyone here?

Guy on a sweetly finished Blue Condor with custom pink banding on tubes, Dalston Junction about 8.20, hope you had a good ride....... a pleasure to say good morning, if you're on here of course.

Chapeau.Custom Ti fixed - check.
Heading west - check.
Primary position - check.Sounds like DJ, but remaining calm to an idiot on the road is quite out of character.

last time i rode with dj he flipped two birds at a motorcyclist who came too close to him
-
• #43423
Last time I rode with DJ he was the very model of serenity and even had to calm me down at one point as I was about to seriously loose it with an undertaking bus driver cunt.
-
• #43424
DJ is not the man he used to be.
His trajectory from liability to cycling instructor has been swift and one of the key attibutes of a cycle trainer is being a model of serenity -

I don't personally know said Tongue-in-ear expert though will bow to your greater knowledge and shudder in kind.
I feel wrong now.
