Predicted Spot: TS being gutted when he discovers that Nour Cash & Carry in Brixton is going to close.

  • a guy on a white bike with white bern helmet going through the trinity square bunnyhop gate of death around 4

  • Oliver - sure it wasn't a tarmac lorry? They'll give off a bit of smoke (and smell, though I quite like the smell meself - like coal-tar soap) if they have heated tar onboard.

No, it was just a flatbed lorry carrying all sorts of building tat.

  • doktor P @ lmnh - showing off all his ebay bargains. Nice to see you sir

  • Predicted Spot: TS being gutted when he discovers that Nour Cash & Carry in Brixton is going to close.

Spotted you too late and did a feeble shout which you most likely didn't hear.

  • spotted same chap twice on weekend with a lovely blue and white miyata track bike, once at lmnh, once on brick lane. That sir, is a nice bike. Also a blonde lady on a red condor pulling two perfect trackstands in succession in holborn this morn - nice skills

  • guy on the Miyata is Mindy, don't know his name on here, or even if he's on here.

  • ah cool, good to know, thanks. He was busy polishing a pretty rad masi frame as I left, maybe a good person to speak to about other nice frames for sale?

  • In LMNH? I was talking to him when he brought it in yesterday. He found it on retrobike I think.

  • Unconfirmed Skully spot on the Jamaica way heading into london bridge about 6.30 this evening

  • Chap i rode "with" from Holborn down thru the city over London bridge and down Jamaica road - Banana yellow frame, good track standing skillz innit?

  • Coventry Eagle, OKR, approx 1840.

  • Anyone on here called Sam who teaches adults to ride bikes? You taught my gf and we chatted last night after being lindyhopengers - seeing your badass heavy duty messenger bag i thought you might be the type to orbit this here site.

  • Why didnt you ask sam if they were?

  • Spotted, a guy with a Save Hern Hill spoke card. Jonathan. You never post but we chatted cause i asked if you were on here. Good chatting sir. Glad you enjoyed the Easts ride. Ma3k does an amazing job of leading!
If youre up for it, there is a cambridge ride this sunday (starting at 8 am) - easy, flat and fun

  • cool lady on a beautiful geared bob jackson along whitechapel road this morning.
apologies for my lack of conversation near brick lane.
wake and bake + lack of coffee + michael macdonald/carly simon megamix = in the commute zone.

    post coffee hello!

It only clicked after the fact. Plus anyone mentioning an internet forum to a stranger IRL is automatically a weirdo.

  • Dude this morning on a metallic greenish-yellow fixed with bullhorns and a Brooks - not the best pedalling technique I've ever seen but then executing an absolutely immaculate trackstand at the lights on Bishop's Bridge Road. Not moving a millimetre. Impressed. I need to practice.
