Someone on a blue geared Cannondale about 16:30 today, on Upper st>Essex rd, giving me a friendly "Mind Your Left" warning as i was riding behind slooow bus, hoping to undertake it in a free lane. I saw you coming, you were aware of it.
Not sure if a guy is on here, but he comes to LMNH sometimes.
I think that's the BEST way to warn a rider in front of you. Thank you!! -

Chap at the top of Parkway about 10mins ago having a spat with a driver. Powder blue Roberts, white catlike helmet, rapha rain jacket. Thought it was OwenReed so shouted "you ok owen?". After stopping, I don't think it was Owen after all. Anyway, you seemed intact...

His cannondale is grey. The old fixed one he butchered with black rattlecan was blue. And I doubt he was actually out riding anyway.

No it wasn't him, Max's blue track frame is a history now.
And I doubt he was actually out riding anyway.
Believe it or not, he was riding, saw him today earlier too. Didn't seem to be in a rush :)

a spinny spinny polo bike emerging from Asylum Road onto the OKR this morning, rider in a black jacket with black Timbuk2 bag and black hair, riding a dark burgundy frame with interesting brakes on the rear - kind of like the BMX-style ones that sat under the chainstays of some early mountain bikes and got mightily clagged up, but mounted on the seatstays.
I admired your acceleration away from the lights - you won't have seen me, as I am in slow mode after about 6 weeks off the bike due to illness.
