A young woman who came within inches of being taken out by a bus at the crossroads by Camberwell Green. She must've ignored a red light and kept going despite the traffic with the right of way moving off. If she keeps riding like that she's not long in this world. :-(
I could barely look as I could see it all unfolding.

Some knob on Focus this morning blowing through a red light on Theobalds road with a woman in the pedestrian crossing. Don't think he even realised she was there.
Caught up with him at the next light before Kingsland as a bus was blocking the lane. Mentioned if he's going to jump a red he should at least wait for the pedestrians crossing who understandably aren't looking when they've got the light.
His reply: 'I've been cycling for months and have never hit a pedestrian.'
Ffs. I shook my head and told him not to worry, he'd get one soon enough.

Me being a tubenger hobbling along on Old St station wearing my LFGSS cap, someone said "Do a skid" as they walked past me?
9 days and counting till I can get back on the bike....

Spotted a chap in an LFGSS cap, riding a peugeot(?) conversion on sheperds bush roundabout about 5:30. Would have dassed but given the rain and heavy traffic I thought it would be unwise.
That would have been me - yep, it's a Peugeot conversion. You weren't on a Pearson Touché by any chance were you? If so, I was jealous of your mudguards as I haven't gotten around to fitting mine yet.
Later on I spotted a guy on Essex Road riding a gorgeous baby blue Pegoretti... with a squashed water bottle for a mudguard. Kinda spoiled the look a bit but I guess you had a slightly dryer arse than me to show for it.

Me riding down Soho with the missus on the rack, 5 fat American talking and moving really slowly, slowed down and glided past them, one of them stopped, look at us, and spread her arm widely in a 'Hater gonna hate' stance just like this (without the leaping);
Clue me and the missus chuckling uncontrollably.

Fuck, sorry. I'd wanted to acknowledge a forum cap and didn't know what else to shout. Little did I know I was rubbing it in. :)

In Beijing, a white fixed gear with white deep rims, white spokes and spokecards. So there are even hipsters out here...
The roads are fucking crazy. Everyone RLJs here, whether peds, cars or bikes, everyone drives as fast and as close as they can, and rather than slowing down when someone slower is in front of them, they just beep as a warning, yet at the same time no-one gives a shit, they just walk/cycle out in front of traffic. How it works without people being killed is a mystery to me.
