He's lucky he didn't break more of my carbon bits. That would come to around £450 at least, rather than the £30 for new bars.

Graham Fucking Norton, Manchester Piccadilly.........I thought he was dead?
One quick shove and he could have been. Where's your sense of duty, man?

I was dragged out past the river and Old Street way this eve, against much protestation. And then I saw white Pista Concept guy with a Quadspok/Trispok (vision too blurry to tell) front wheel approraching Old st RAB , east to west, and red-haired lass on a Rapha Condor team track machine, whom I think I met at Norths on Tuesday and have already said "Nice bike" to once. Did not DAS at either because I was in polite/ignorant company and was desperately trying to pretend to be normal. Wish I was out on my machine tonight :(
also, @sumo, hope things be ok, sounds hairy.

As I was walking home this evening I saw someone riding along with a really odd position, hands really far apart, then I realised it was Josh and his stupid 8 foot riser bars ;p
Hope you managed to make it back to brixton in 1 piece man -

@ 6pt, you should have dropped in to LMNH where I was heading, most of the people there were on foot.

I think it's for the best that I went home as soon as I could last night, don't know what I drank but it absolutely ruined me. I'm very much not in a good way this morning :(

Outside Camden Road Sainsbury's this afternoon I saw a dude riding a bike with barely any handlebars. He maintained control by clasping both hands around the head tube like a sword, while hooking a thumb over each handlebar nub.
Is that what the kids are doing now?
