Yesterday a bit after 6 going up Tulse Hill, someone I'd like to refer to as the red devil. He had a red helmet, teamed with red shorts, a red shirt and some red tattoos down the outside of his right calf. Didn't catch more detail other than that. All I know is I was seeing red.
