Waved at emily and slamm on the Strand last night on the way to see the boat race.
Then saw a guy riding a Bianci Pista without a saddle or seat post along the New King's Road - looked like hard work.

Looked like a red colnago with chrome rear stays and no brakes. Definitely had a white arrospok and yellow jerseyed male rider. Headed East Clearkenwell Rd. last night.

i think i saw this bike yesterday, although it might have been one similar. anyway, the one i saw was red, and clearly drilled for a front brake, but the rider had chosen not to tarnish the aesthetic or compromise the functionnality of the drill-hole by fitting a front caliper.

Thanks, i got it off a girl who used to live with andy p from fixedgearlondon. He built it for me. it's got dura ace hubs, yes. I do get around a bit as i work freelance and as the frame's so vivid i guess it's more noticeable than others. although worryingly a few chavs have been giving me grief for the colour. Shucks.
how much are those dura ace hubs?

Spotted hippy and had a good natter with him this morning, heading along Clerkenwell road.
Always a pleasure and he seems to ride a lot slower in the morning :-)

There is apparently a bright pink fixed EDIT: singlespeed (how do you do strikethrough here?) bike in my work car park right now (competition for the 'most colourful bike at this workplace' title) - Richmond House, Department of Health - anyone here?

saw skoota coming down herne hill on saturday early afternoon with what looked like a big loaded archie's on his back. then 10 mins later saw edmundane coming down walworth road laden with a wheelset on his back.
you both ignored my friendly gestures. but then cannot blame you as i was driving a big fuck off van full of my worldlies en route to hipster central - E8, where i saw millions of fixeds.
i think i clocked 1bhp going down bethnal green road yesterday. i overtook as you were chatting with a couple of other fixed up types. hope you are well my man

Where have you moved to jonny?
Not wanting to sound like a deserter but I will also be departing the south & moving to hackney at the end of the summer. I need to be closer to the tyne, and also living south of a river makes me feel like i'm in shudder gateshead.

That is Sandro, the frame is a San Marco.
Another fixer at Richmond Park. Young-looking guy.
I only spotted the white frame and seemingly clean chain outside the park, sitting on a bench seat near Queens Gate? Think I saw you inside the park earlier.
