Stem's all sorted now, but after all that palava it's actually too tall for my bike's tiny headtube. Going to run it for a while until I can sort out a decent stem/bar combo. A stem that is a few cm too tall is much more comfortable than a stem that is about 50cm too long.
Ah rubbish - well at least it's a bit better. I'll keep an eye out for something that might do the trick. Catch yah soon!

I didn't know she was a hardcore forumenger, yer the posters were for her mister. you should come down to that one. Holler if you wana.
We went for lunch at fujis and sat down next to someone whose name I wont mention who was in a conversation with someone else whose name I wont mention. This is how the convo over sushi went:
"Yer maybe we should get more fetish nights involved..."

Dooks yesterday having righted my bike outside Monmouth, then this morning a fluro woman knocking my bike over and then staring at me as though I'd grown an extra head when I asked if she was going to apologise.
I hope her cat sits on her clean laundry and she does not notice, then puts on a shirt that is hugely itchy for the rest of the day.

Red frame with large, stickered-up, downtube, yellow forks, at end of Camberwell New Road this morning. Pretty sure you were on the 50 Fixed Women ride last year but I've forgotten your name, sorry!
I was ss fluoro-commuter that dropped back behind you going around Oval.

A double spot of Brett on Lordship Lane this morning. Once as he waited to join from a side road and 2 mins later as I stopped outside Cafe Nero.
I'd stopped to hand over a headset press to Wicksie. So I spotted her too. :-)

Not a forum spot but impressive to me. Turnpike lane tube, 7.35am a guy mounting(?) his unicycle whilst jogging at a brisk pace and threading rapidly through the peds.
Good skills!
Was going to shout D.A.S., thought better of it. -

After an epic mechanical fail this morning, I left late and had the the shitty rain interrupted by a tag team spottage of Fluff at Oval, then just as she left me on E&C roundabout Asm rolling up next to me. Nice to see you both! Oh and a poloenger avec mallet spinning for his life in front of me on Tower Bridge around 10am, I shouted D.A.S. but he was head down into the rain and spinning for the win
