8.30ish, Seymour St - RLJ'ing, a bike that looked like this:
Ooh, I used to have one of those as a kid... It came with a little spanner so you could take the wheels off, it was awesome... There were Ronnie Petersen and Emerson Fittpaldi stickers in the box, I plumped for Ronnie... I think he died on the track that season... :[
Mr Slain, we are showing our age.
I had exactly the same one ! - with the little spanner that you could remove to wheel nuts with. I think it might have been bigger that the one in the photo, which looks like a Dinky™ sized one. Of course I could be confused because my hands were much smaller back then.
Very James Hunt !

Blonde woman largely in black on a dark-coloured fixed demonstrating excellent trackstanding skills at the Well Street/Mare Street junction last night, around 9:30pm. I was going northbound, waiting at the lights, you were on your way south. I'm pretty sure you're on the forum but don't know your name.

Guy on a lovely royal blue, very new-looking bike (no idea what frame) with gold hubs and a Rolls saddle, fluro trouser clips and a slick quiff - we cat-and-moused from south side of London Bridge to Aldgate roundabout at about 9 this morning. Your bike gave me bike envy.

does anybody know a lad from around brixton who rides a black brakeless with a green rear deep-v and a yellow front deep-v? has a white skate helmet and a builders flo-jacket.
I was plodding along Brixton Road minding my own business this morning and he nipped past me giving a cheeky smile.
I have a cheeky smile? (The rest matches too...)
Are you the guy on the Charge frame? I think i've smiled at you a few times :-)

( i assume it was me as i remember stopping there last night around that time). Agata.I didn't recognise you, Agata--I know what you look like from pictures on the forum and seeing you race at Rollapaluza. Somehow I didn't think it was you, but it was dark and I'm pretty short-sighted, so unless someone else comes forward and claims the spot, let's continue to assume it was you. ;) Yes, you have to monitor this thread quite closely to spot spots ...
