PS. If we're getting the train back - don't forget groupsave (4 travel at half price) and I've got my network card which gets people a 1/3 off if we've got odd numbers.

i'm 46x16 and i have a network card too. never heard of groupsave - so you definitely have to come along (bar the rain, in which case i won't be there either)

I'm bringing a lasso and hooking on to you lot for a tug up the hills. My pass was confirmed - so I'm still in.

• yep I have a network card as well to cut down on peoples return train travel costs.

What time are we leaving. Lets make it early like meet 9:30 to leave at 10 at the lastest. Pref earlier.

I may be on gear for this as I folded my rar wheel pratting around at polo so have to see when my new rim comes and if I have time to build it.

• Yeah, I'd suggest leaving at 9 personally.
It helps beat the traffic in the more central areas at the beginning.

• I would be up for a 9 o'clock leaving do just didn't want to scare people off so I started at ten with the hope of dragging the time back.

• Fair enough!
Oh, and:

10 brett (have replaced rear hub with loaded pepper grinder for smoother ride)
• so can we say leave at nine from somewhere north (like, kings cross/bloomsbury area) and then pass through kennington park for 9.30? that way i think we'd still beat the traffic

• 1 minute trackstand @ 11am?

• I'm okay for an early start as well.

• photoben 1 minute trackstand @ 11am?

shouldn't it be 11 minutes? and at 11.11

• No problem with an early start, or a 9am start ;)

Happy to push Stompy up any hills except Ditchling, when I'll be stretching my climbing legs.

I'll be stretching my walking legs ;-). But after seeing you at the Catford hill climb I'm looking forward to seeing how it's supposed to be done again.

9 good for me as well.

I should be more upset at being the official forum vertically challenged rider - but it's unfortunately true.

• Unfortunately I was nursing an old but recurring back/hip injury at the Catford, albeit masked by painkillers. I've seen video footage, and I was climbing like a crab to compensate for the imbalance :S

Hopefully I'll be dancing on the pedals again by Sunday...

Every 'non-climber' can easily improve by about 25% if they attend a climbers' coven and are willing to make a ritualistic sacrifice to the figure with the head of a mountain goat.

• if that was true I'd be there like a pagan shot

.

ligget said that soler climbed like a crab, and he won the polka.

• He had stronger painkillers.

• Thinking: 9:00 AM Hyde Park Corner in the middle near the artillery men.

• Good call, that's easy enough.

• Is this turning into the official central meeting place?

Don't get me wrong; I like it. Central, easy to get to and not crowded.

9 am then.
