Anyone know what ratio the rental bikes are one? Or do they vary?

I think there's some variation, but all around the mid 80s - about right for HH, as you'd expect.

@ nimhbus: I'm gonna talk to Peter at Herne Hill about a Sunday induction, we did talk about it at the beginning I'll see if he's up for doing one at midday or summat... They did one at the London Calling track day last year so I don't see why there should be a problem... :)

went to the open air veledrome at forli in italy today and i shit you not there were 200 gleaming red colnago track bikes all hung under the banking

great track and the club secretary was a quality old giffer who taught pantani when he was a nipper. plenty photos when i'm back - gutted to be missing todays…
