Hey guys,
im trying to see if can get a load of local brighton fixie riders to meet up on the 11 May at the "Fortune of War", Im putting on a night called "Little Voyeurs" which is like and art/music night with local artists and bands performing- i thought it would be a cool time/place to see if we can get people down to have a beer and a bit of entertainment- plus im hoping to show "fast friday" on a screen while the bands are setting up, its doesnt cost anything to turn up. Anyone interested? -
• #1193
I'm sure we could be tempted by that.

That would be cool, whats the brighton scene like? i never see many fixies about!
-
• #1196
prob just over a dozen or so of us active on the forum, prob two or three times that riding but not on the forum, so not huge but every time we have beers a few more people I've not met before come along

no im from london- where everyone is supposedly fashionable, like to keep it simple just like riding about with mates trying a few trick etc. just wondered because it never seems like there to many people about, im suprised i thought with all the hills and shite there would be loads of people.
im pretty new to fixed riding always ridden road bikes before or skateboarded- i would like to say i havent jump on the "fashionable fixie" bandwagon but i thought it looked fun so i converted an old raleigh road bike to try it out and like it and the people seem pretty cool. -
