    http://www.cyclingnews.com/tech.php?id=tech/2003/reviews/PowerCranks

    Called power cranks

Ive tried these, very very difficult to use and really hurt your hip flexors

  • Hi guys just to remind you I have a session booked at Newport this Sunday from 12-3pm if anyone is interested let me know asap

    Cheers Lee

Yeah not convinced they would really work, read the article on pez mentioned them to the lads down the pub and couldn't remember what they were called.

With you're coashing hat on thing they work or just a clever gimic?

  • If you google pedalling technique im sure you will come up with lab stuff thats shows the best riders are the ones who dont try and pull up that hard. Suprisingly then just have a good big bang on the down stroke. So no think they are a gimick......

  • Brother got his wheels nicked!

    What did I say?

Less than a month! Pity, cos the wheels are probably the best part of 'em.

  • Hey guys,

I shall be at the track 9.30 Saturday if anyone is interested in joining me? will be doing longer sprints/intervals

    Cheers

  • Gonna be resting for the Hastings half on sunday, is it something you are going to be doing fairly regularly or just a one off?

  • if I'm back from London in time Lee I'll come down.

  • hey lee, what gearinches are you running for this type of thing?

  • Not sure how regular it will be, most likely I will do stuff at my training road in Burgess Hill on Sat morning. I will be on 94" tomorrow but I would recommend 88" for others.
