I often write in the pub. It's important to have somewhere neutral to think sometimes, somewhere that is not an office, studio or your home. But I write in a notebook with a pen... is this ok? I promise I wont do it when the football's on. Infact I would never go to a pub when the football is on. I'd rather go to a beyonce concert..

Working somewhere neutral e.g. the pub, particularly when working in teams ,is great as "office ranks" goes out the window. Moreover, drinking on company time makes me enjoy my pint(s) even more.
