they are annoying but they are so much more reasonably priced than the post office and offer a trackable service.

Didn't collect my parcel and didn't tell me about it and then told me to contact the courier directly but said they couldn't give me the couriers contact details.
I asked if on the re-delivery the courier could call me if he gets lost and they said that the courier doesn't have a mobile phone for health and safety reasons. I asked how the expected me to contact the courier, when they won't give me his phone number to a phone he doesn't have. They didn't know.

I'm going to go and smash my head against the wall now.
