still not sure whether a medium heat oven would have been more effective, as freezer is oxygen deficient.... next time.

I can't believe you took a picture. Look at it's outstretched paw. It's like a scene from a Renaissance painting.

Would you honestly NOT take a picture of a situation like that?
They had been haunting us for months.
We lived next door to a filthy fish and chip shop. We would be in the kitchen with the lights off watching a film and we'd hear snuffling behind us. Slowly peering round there would be two or three of the little shits sat there on the counter, watching with us.
We could see how they were getting in and put cages over it, we used poison, those little electronic buzz emitter things, nothing seemed to work then my brother sent me that trap. I used a bit of peanut butter and strawberry jam. Within ten minutes of putting it out I heard a loud crack, about 5 seconds of frenzied squealing - then silence.
That was the result.

When people don't pay attention to speed limits and slam their brakes on when they see a camera to drop to 40, in a 60.
when companies photograph their bikes when they're in a low gear and the deraileur is all folded up.

people on the train watching films on their laptop but not using earphones, and train seats that don't really fit great if you're over 6 foot.

I can appreciate taking umbrage at all the other stuff, but WTF, as in Why The Fuck.
Also +1 for merge time.
And if I may be so bold, it really grnds my gears when people think that their petty, insignificant grievances warrant a new thread rather than using a pre existing thread.
not rats, but there was a mouse scratching around the other night, kept me awake til 4 a.m when I caught it, left it under the plastic thing all night, then after I slept popped it alive into a tupperware in freezer, just told it to chill out a bit.wont bother me again.
