Nhatt, I believe it comes down to reporting. If someone gets reported enough, they get banned. So it comes down to people deciding to tell the guvnor, rather than Pisti just pissing people off.....

I don't think it's just about the number of reports but whether or not Velocio thinks there is any merit in them and whether or not it is something Velocio is already running out of patience with. Pistanator can blame 'grasses' all he wants but it was Velocio's decision. And as we all know Velocio is a very tolerant man who is reluctant to reign in any member let alone a long standing one like P. If Velocio thought P's behaviour had been egregious enough to warrant a two day suspension then I think most people will side with Velocio.
And, in case it's not obvious, I am one of the people who contacted Velocio. Since I have made my opinion of P's 'contribution' very clear and public - especially when he saw fit to post Donut!'s PMs - I don't think I can be called a 'grass' though that term itself is laughably schoolyard and risible. It's ok for Pistanator to be a gobby half-wit but when he becomes a vindictive and nasty creep, persisting with his childish vendetta and his prurient comments about other people's private lives then he stops being just another member of the forum who is entitled to say what he likes. That is why he had to sit on his hands for two days.
