Well it's a funny thing, my main symptoms are an excess of phlegm that mostly manifests itself at night, the worst is if I sleep on the left side (leave the sword hand free). As a result I haven't been suffering enough to change my evil ways. Never been a heavy drinker or indulger generally.

Lucky you! My reflux suffering friends seem to be able to eat what they like if they're taking their meds but I can't, my oesophagus swells up to the extent that it feels like I've swallowed a gerbil. Not fun.
