I just speak normally - when I speak, in my head it just sounds normal and not at all what it sounds like when, for instance, someone from Wales speaks.

I live in a region: Daily life is a confusing cacophony of slurring and twanging. I can’t imagine how frustrating it must be to talk that way as well as having to hear it all the time.

I'm not particularly "sensitive" to accents. I usually barely notice them but this lady's voice really puts me on edge.
