44/18 gets me about fast enough

been riding 48/16, nice and fast, but bit hard on the knees...

49x16 gets me up and down hills no problemo.

my unicycle is on 48/0 but at zero GI it's quite spinny.

Someone's trying to divide by zero here.

Had a panic about trying to get up Ditchling Beacon in a few weeks time and threw on 48/21 yesterday. Feels mental compared to 18t, spinnnnnnnyyy

Imagine if we could invent some way to be able to switch between favourite gear ratios, depending on hill gradient, or situation. Then you could use two or three favourite gear ratios!

I'm currently on 42/17 at the moment which works pretty well around Sheffield and also pretty comfortable out on audaxes. Now that the weather is warmer I'm tempted to bump it up to 42/16 and see how that runs.
