  • are you stupid or a lunatic?
    Was going to post this
    http://lmgtfy.com/?q=fuji+track+comp+geometry

but just realised you actually want us to guess the size from that picture

on my iPhone it looks like it would be too small for an action man

  • why do you want to know the size of the bike in the picture? that will tell you fuck all. especially from "seat tube to centre t/t". that is a measurement never made. that would be half of the top tube length, which is redundant.

what do you want it for?

    here are real pix

AFAIK they aren't available frame only.

go out and try different bikes and buy the one you like most. i am going to make the suggestion that you haven't currently got a fixed gear bicycle, so don't drop £600 on the first bike you get, and certainly don't get such a track specific one unless you are planning to ride it on the track otherwise you may find the geometry too twitchy, and the ride too stiff, and get put off.

  • Sorry, that's not what i meant. From S/t center to t/t.It is true that sometimes i can be lunatic, but damn,i couldn't find any info as this is new bike. There is no pictures of 2010 fuji track comp..
I want to know what size is that, because i don't want the frame with downwards toptube.

  • It's the same frame as the Fuji Track Pro of yesteryear- I have one.

Fuji measure centre to top for the seat tube, which is misleading with these frames.

I am 6'2" with a 34" inside leg and normally ride a 58cm road frame- however my Fuji is a 61cm.

So, answer is to go by the top tube length, rather than seat tube.

I like mine, it's currently in bits waiting to get repainted.

For 2010 they seem to have gone branding crazy, not so sure about that, but a nice frame underneath.

  • I found only one picture.Frame is 56cm,but it seems quite small..

    As I am 5'11,i should take 58cm or 56?

  • i am struggling to comprehend your inability to use the internet

i posted that slightly helpful lmgtfy link

the first thing on the list led to http://www.fujibikes.com/Specialty/Track/TrackComp.aspx

if you were struggling, how hard did you try, or is a simple use of google too difficult for you?

    re fit

ffs look at various threads on bike fit. your height alone is not enough to decide, either get a fit done or go and ride some bikes, though that may also be too difficult for you

  • just to explain to you, unless you have a fucking huge monitor or computer screen then pictures of bikes may look a little bit too small

  • you won't know and we certainly won't know what size frame you need unless you actually ride one.

www.competitivecyclist.com will give you a good fit if you make the measurements correctly.

  • As a rule of thumb I'd say that at 5'11" you'd want a conventional 56cm frame.

As Fuji count to the top of the seat tube rather than to the centre that would indicate a 58/59cm frame.

However- if you buy one without riding an example of a 54/56/58 then I will personally saw through your top tube the first time you leave your new bike locked up.

  • The thing is,that i live in country where bike shops don't sell track bikes,so i can only order,by leaving 25% deposit.

  • he iz well loony and might appreciate the extra challenge

  • The thing is,that i live in country where bike shops don't sell track bikes,so i can only order,by leaving 25% deposit.

then test out some road bike, the only difference are simply the geometry.

go and read this and come back when you finish; http://www.sheldonbrown.com/frame-sizing.html

  • the only difference are simply the geometry.

    quoted.

  • @lunatic - these guys are being harsh because you've not really searched for easy to find info!

Hope this helps - The frame is essentially identical to last years and the year before. it's stiff, light and very unforgiving. If that's what you're after then go for it. It's a very quick bike and has no toe overlap, unlike a lot of track frames.

I am a bit over 6ft and the 58 was okay size wise, I'd advise you to go for the 56cm.

I know you could buy last years frame as a separate, so you could search for that... I don't think you can get this years on its own yet.

  • ^i think he's got off comparitively lightly.

  • I know you could buy last years frame as a separate, so you could search for that...

I think that might be difficult for him...

  • There is little point testing out the road bike, it's different geometry and tubing etc, it is a totally different bike.

The closest thing is the Fuji aluminium time trial bike. Exactly the same as the track bike, but with the necessary additions for gears.

  • There is little point testing out the road bike, it's different geometry and tubing etc.

obviously but it's a good start to find out what size fit you better.

  • Everyone is not paying any fucking attention :)
I just needed opinions and any real pictures.I know what track frame size i need,it's just fuji measures from center of BB to top and that's a big difference. So their normal seatube length about -2 or 3cm than they write, right?
Others, like edscoble, who is not trying to help, piss off please.

  • As I said in my first post- my 61cm Fuji is what another company would call a 58.

So yes, minus 3cm to get a c-t-c size.

  • Thank you for those who helped me.

  • no you're not paying any attention, as dammit said, he explained sizing in first post.

and as i showed in my first post, here are pictures of it.

    here are some more

  • we have tried to help

your questions have been fucking lame

bike fit is much more than simply how tall you are, it takes in your level of flexion, limb and torso length and your core strength

its like going to a website about clothes and saying i am 6ft tall, will this suit look good on me?

so far we have given you details of the geometry of the bike and an online fitting system

what more do you want from us?

someone to come over and measure you up for the bike?

have just seen your thanks, but your outburst was a little unfounded

Ed's comments about riding a bike stand true.

find a shop near you and take the time to visit and try a couple of bikes, if you are spending the money on the bike it will be worthwhile

and no, i still cant fucking tell you what size the bikes are in the pictures

  • ^well, one of my pix is "fucking massive"
