Will the public *actually *get to ride it? Will it not just become another Manchester, which from what i've heard, is very hard to get track time at?

Right..so first club to test it is Halesowen..
from the west midlands who have their own track league up there.

Might have been nice for the LONDON based clubs who don't live anywhere near the existing indoor tracks to be given the chance.
