Hard-hitting LeMond interview in the Süddeutsche Zeitung:
http://www.sueddeutsche.de/sport/radsport-schweigen-zahlen-es-ist-fast-wie-bei-der-mafia-1.976244
It looks like an exclusive, so doesn't seem to be available in English yet.
He calls the UCI 'corrupt' (again) and 'almost like the Mafia'. He also says that he thinks Landis has 'proof'. He claims that Armstrong tried to bribe someone into saying that LeMond had taken EPO. He also says that he'd found out that Landis doped before he tested positive. He'd heard from a US Postal mechanic in 1999 that Armstrong had paid money to the UCI. He implies that Kim Kirchen's recent problems are down to doping. He's got Landis a lawyer (claiming that as a favour to LeMond the firm is acting 'amost for free'). Interestingly, he suggests that the positive samples from 1999 could become valid, as this is a criminal investigation. He says that Armstrong isn't suing Landis because he knows that Landis is telling the truth. He is sure that Armstrong 'is history'. He re-iterates that he didn't dope, but tried marihuana.
The newspaper seems to have contacted a spokesperson for Armstrong, but they denied the allegations.

That would carry more authority if they'd not done the same thing themselves.

Again, they baffle me:
"This appears to be a full-blown and largely unmonitored exploration of Floyd Landis' patently unreliable and routinely changing accusations of possible improper conduct in the professional cycling industry at large," Herman wrote.
When have Landis' accusations 'routinely changed' since he decided to tell the truth? He has changed his tack precisely once, i.e. when he decided to switch sides. That's hardly 'routine'. -

He was either lying before, or now. He can't be doing both.

Can someone wake me when this has all blown over and everyone is in jail or on TV doing tearful interviews.

Come on Rob, it's the cycling equivalent of Eastenders. Armstrong is clearly Dirty Den, Landis is Lofty, and I'm still working out the other characters.

RPM prefers the real Eastenders.

He's probably still lying. The truth is that Armstrong landed on Earth in a flying saucer and is now using performance-enhancing substances that may be banned on Mars, but are perfectly legal here.

i doubt this will ever blow over. it will descend into a big media circus ala OJ simpson trial. we might need to send gazza round with his fishing rod and 6-pack of stella to help sooth him.

I lolled.
OK so he's doped and that, which isn't very nice, but he's a lovely bloke..I know you're gonna laugh but I brought him a dressing gown, some chicken, a can o' lager and a fishing rod, I'd just say alright Lancey, it's gazza and we'd do a bit of fishin and he'd be out in 6

On a side note, Milram are likely to pack it in at the end of the year, as they still haven't found a new sponsor. They're obviously not doing too well at the moment. Now, I don't know that much about it, but given the atmosphere in Germany's media (extremely hard-line hostile to doping, and yes, very consistently so), I can't imagine that anyone with Milram dopes. It may of course be that they only have over-rated riders, but I wonder how much of their relative lack of success is down to that, and how much of it to not doping (if I'm right about that). Perhaps Andy and Will can explain.
It's likely his legal team found emails/letters containing information that led Trek to settle their litigation case against him, the details of which were kept confidential.
