The Oprah thing will be window dressing but if he seriously wants to compete again and build a tri brand (back to my roots brah) he will have to throw everyone in US cycling/Olympics, Johann + UCI under the bus with USADA.

And if he is countenancing paying off Floyd anything is possible.

Does anyone else think it's funny that for years nothing came out about lance and now, on the day the interview is given it's all leaked?

If Armstrong does turn whistleblower, it will be amusing for hs evidence to be challenged using the exact same language that he has employed against every whistleblower over the years.

Lance has beaten cancer ('Can-seer'). There are interests that do not like this; so he has been targeted. Mind control methods, financial reward and blackmail can induce 'witnesses' to act and speak to predetermined scripts.

Lance has been wise to not engage in any ill-founded debate. It only adds energy to his detractors. Maybe now is the right time to address this for him, as the light has expanded exponentially, and continues to do so.

Cynicism aside, if he does testify it could put some of the leeches out of the sport. I could live with Lance doing some triathlons if it breaks up the embedded doping networks in Europe.
