I'll be at polo on sunday if you want to check it out, it's got few stickers on it and isn't completely original at the moment but I can put it back to how it was brand new easily.

Measure your inside leg, bottom of heal to absolute top of your leg and times it by 0.62 and you'll have your ideal frame size in inches, times by 2.54 to get cm, and match it up.

confused about the reviews, some 6ft'ers say a M is perfect fit and other 6ft'ers say they wish they had a large?
-
• #257
thanks for the help but i've abandoned the plug in favour of a langster monaco for the local bike shop.
-
• #258
bummer.

• #259

irish_mick: did you get your Charge Plug? If you're in Dublin I'd to visit you for a sizing test if that's ok. I'm 6'1" and humming about the Plug size. Thanks! trevor dot jobling at gmail.com

Definitely go to a shop, ride both sizes... walk away... have a cuppa... go back... ride them both again. Think... Have another cuppa... then buy.
Loads of people ride one size* (are seemingly amazed)* and just buy it on the spot, which explains why so many people put up with a bike too big for them.

6 1" and riding a large, very comfortable
Did you buy the Chrome Plug in Leisure Lake's window?
-
• #264
No, but I did order mine through them. I think they saw mine and thought 'ooh we'll get one of those for the shop' because it popped up in the window about a week later

I remember the day it appeared (and me thinking 'it's over').
The same day Chris Crash's head exploded, Urban Outfitters did a shoot, and The Observer ran an article... and the Unipacks arrived.Only kiddin'

Too many gromits on jump bikes wanting long travel DH rigs when they grow up in 'Nam for fixed to catch on. And I have to explain to the roadies how it all works ('but I like coasting') when I run into them onto the road. I reckon the chavs would leave mine alone if I left it locked somewhere, or certainly once they tried to ride it and got thrown over the bars. They would probably think it was broken

Pretty decent in my experience. Pretty heavy but a good OTP for the dorrah.
Mad bias though, my chrome plug is lovely. -
• #274
