it scares me sometimes.

it's great for getting in the hill climbing zone though, steady rhythm. i like takeing other riders up there and they think it's finished, but it isn't.

If you're in that area, you might as well do York's Hill as well. Just to experience your front wheel coming off the ground :O

I like Toys Hill cos I always get to stand around at the top for 5 to 10 minutes waiting for everyone else. Get some quality pissing time, and then eat some 'ladyboy seeds and shit' whilst enjoying the view :)

It's a 'recovery' week.. it's supposed to be boring. At least I have a whole new set of numbers to look at. :P

Can't believe this, but not going to be able to make this, work has forced me to actually do some work on saturday morning... the nerve of some people, so my participation in colapaluza will not happen, bmmf, definitely in for this next week, schedule permitting, got friends coming round so not quite sure how much preperation I'll need to do, but fingers crossed,
