  • i'll bet you a pound the avg temp ranges in perth are greater than london.

From what I can see, it's actually almost exactly the same. Within a degree or so anyway.

  • are you moving to mundaring?

Not sure. It's all still quite nebulous. The family in WA is in the Perth Hills so, if we end up there, that area is quite likely.

    ha!

head to as close to the coast as possible.

  • Yeah we'll see. Flying there tomorrow for 10 days so maybe I'll re-assess how I feel about the climate there.

  • cool. it was september last time i was there and i was a bit surprised how cool it was.

    you been before?

  • My wife is from there so been quite a bit, yeah. I haven't been in winter for quite awhile though as we tend to go at christmas.

  • can you bring me back some sherbies?

    :)

  • Ha! Will see what I can do :-)

  • Rolling Thunder and Lightning in Ealing ...

  • Jokes.

My boss said as it was a bank holiday weekend we could all go at 4.00. I've been rushed off my feet so couldn't go then. I also haven't had a chance to do a couple of random personal things so didn't leave at 5.00 when it wasn't raining.

    Oh well......

  • It is so incredibly dark in ec1v right now.

  • ^ Ha. Sorry. We're thinking about moving back to Australia in the next couple of years which probably means Perth. The weather in Perth ranges from 'quite warm and dry' to 'really fucking hot and dry' and I've realised that I actually like proper seasons and rain and stuff.

Britain doesn't have proper seasons. It's just kinda wet, kinda cold and wet, potentially wet.. repeat ad infinitum.

  • Rolling Thunder and Lightning in Ealing ...

I'm so glad I packed my jacket.. oh wait..

  • 's alright, there's brighter skies behind it. I think it's pretty much moved eastwards.

  • Where it belongs, not in "leafy, affluent" Ealing.

  • oop thunder here now. but but but, got the overshoes in the bag (glad I went back for them this morning), got the raphé rain repeller, got money for beer in look mum, my evening's not looking awful just yet.

  • It's raining in Clapton, if anyone's interested.

  • ragna fucking rok in w1 now. shitsticks - i want to get the fuck outa here but not in this.

    /drinks 3rd free office beer.

  • Just gone from pissing it down to really fucking pissing it down here in mile end, perfect for rush hour.

  • Give it ten minutes ...

  • I've been saying that to myself since I left my house at 10am.

  • Slight drizzle, and blue sky starting to show though in Ealing.

  • Fucking awesome ride.

  • according to bbc weather, it's supposed be 'sunny intervals'

i got your 'sunny intervals', i got your 'sunny intervals' right here!

    /grabs bits
