Had indoor training last night to kill myself in so I'm probably getting faster being off the bike anyway. Need to get back into weekend long rides.

I was spitting up bits of my lungs last night at a turbo session.. so i was a bit too fscked to wield cable cutters.. I'd like to keep my fingers.
As for the time thing, the GT was almost complete as soon as I got it home, save for the stem and cables, neither of which I could fix without tools.
I was trying to avoid building a beater up and I don't have a fscking workshop. I still haven't reported these cnuts for their dodgy fire escape either..

by the way had another nice ride into work today, must be half term, no traffic.

had another fantastic ride in this morning even went the long way, no traffic, mild weather........god don't you just love riding this time of year....

and i do believe there was a rolling road block for cyclists from ealing into town this morning 31 -

that must have played havoc with the buses...
