  • I haven't got body scarficiation?

  • You should have a look, I mean, if you have to ask, like.. :0)

  • smiles knowingly

Is not a tattoo a form of body scarification?

  • So is the result of hitting the road at 50 but I don't call it body scarification :P

  • Meh, to me, tattoos and scarfication is two different things, but you're going off topic here.
    This is about mini pumps!

  • Going off topic? This is NEVER done!!

I prescribe 2 Hail Mary's to myself, and a bottle of rum.

  • ....
The lidl pump is very good for a quick pick me up. I recommend.

  • The Topeak Mini Morph Pump arrived in my hands today, and have tested it out.
It came with an adjustment for that pesky presta valve. Was quite easy to pump up, a wee bit hard nearer the end! Uhh, very light and tiny.

That's my review of it. I wont be mounting it on my bike though!

  • What did you think of the design and quality of the pump?

  • Design is simple, easy to flick open and pump away... Uhh, the quality seems good, easy to use, no directions needed!

  • Good to hear

  • I bought another mini-pump today. I have almost as many as I do track cranks. Okay maybe not.

It's similar to the Axiom SprintAir (which I still own in Australia).

The UK one I bought from The Bike Whisperer for £10. It looks much the same as I remember the SprintAir looking. It's by Genuine Innovations and called "Road Air".

I know my Aussie version worked so this one should be much the same. 130psi claimed max. Thin barrel is better for high pressure. Alu body. No pesky lever locking things - just push on. Comes with frame mount.

  • i lost my pump and i blame oliver shick.

  • Haha!

Nostra culpa for not being able to shout at the top of our voices and being able to keep up with a group containing mikec, Sainsury's Ed, GS and you. ;)

Can you start a review thread with just this in it please?

  • Ha, I'm rubbish with reviews.
It's do-able in the same way as a minipump, but I don't think it's as strong as a proper track pump would be?

  • I'd give it 4 out of C.

  • Put it this way, I found the Topeak mini pump easier to use, and it pumped helluva lot faster than the Lidls track pump!

  • topeak pocket rocket ftw

  • Best pump I've ever owned.

  • is the extra tenner worth the 10 grams less though?

  • Weight wise it's not worth it but it's really well made + the handle will never snap when it's pouring with rain @ 7pm climbing the llanberis pass (like my crap blackburn mini pump did.)

  • sounds good. a pound more for a gram less.

  • Zefal standard pump from Evans, 4.99, much better than any mini I've tried, gets up to 90 psi. At about 55cm it fits into any bag and you will of course have your track pump at home to get up to 120. Mini pumps are rubbish, frustrating and unneccessary.

  • And if you are riding without a bag?
