  • Anyone watched Unlawful Entry? Thinking of watching it on the iPlayer in a bit.

It's ok, caught a bit of it the other night. Still holds as a movie that is nearly 20 years old.

  • Anyone work in this sorta industry?

I'm doing a piece on increasing video on demand services and declining DVD sales.

Got interviews lined up with optimum, lovefilm, blinkbox but would like a couple more, perhaps a retailer, maybe an analyst, and perhaps some some of general comment from a film critic.

I vote lucas - he knows about films and shit.

Bump. Had 3 interviewees pull out on me this week and am in need of one more.. film industry analysts amongst LFGSSers? Open to suggestions.

  • Why? It's not like he had anything to sell out

  • Why? He's been in a surprising amount of serious, not meant to be funny film roles

  • ^ This

    HIV's funnier

  • Love Kermode. Disagreeable fuck but he's usually spot on. Disregard the above comments, everyone.

  • Kermode is a god-botherer, nothing he says can be trusted.

  • and he can't play upright for fucking toffee.

christ his skiffle band is awful

  • Usually hate 'funny' films but Bridesmaids was absolutely spot on. Wiig is my hero. You wouldn't understand guys...

  • Sexist.

  • First trailer for the new Pixar film; Brave

    YouTube - ‪Brave Trailer‬‏

    Bit early for a biopic..

  • Watching Gone Baby Gone on the iPlayer. Different...

  • Watching F.
It's pretty fucked up, and making me jump.

  • Better than its 4.9 IMDb rating, either than the ending.
    What a fucking disappointment

  • ^ Blade Runner? Enlighten me.....

  • Ive heard about that somewhere before?

  • does anyone know if its any good?

  • some obscure b-movie from the 70s i think.

  • I just IMDB'd it - it looks truly awful - straight to video sank without a trace apparently

  • I've seen it. The Catering Truck Cut is much better than the Directors.

Watched 'Sunshine' last night and thought it was tremendous. Never seen it before. Quite like Boyle's variety, unafraid to tackle a new project each time around as he is.
