I went to see Fritz Lang's Metropolis the other night. As black and white, silent, 2 and a half hour flicks go, it was tremendous.

The new one with the extra 45 mins in?
-

Yep. The extra footage was recently found in Argentina apparently. I'd never seen it before, but I'd happily sit through it again - didn't reckon it would be my bag, but it kept my interest throughout.

Why call it "Let me in"? completely different meaning to "let the right one in"
I think it's got something to do with Hollywood being lazy, un-original fucktards.
But that's just speculation.
My tip for this year
The Secret in their Eyes.
Class*.
*also a great film.

Thanks a lot mate, looks like I lost the arguement. Bugger
just walked out of Tamara Drew, i mean left, not walked out.
early dialogue was alright actually, even on the arch side, fairly steady though more of a date film.
had to feel slightly smug knowing it was filmed in our back yard.
Gemma A is all that too.
