Rode the now heavily tweaked Soma in to work today. Interesting. It feels like a praying mantis as I've flipped the stem (upwards) and added spacers under it.
The extra 5 gear inches makes a substantial difference too. I'm not sure I like it but it's for the Dunwich and my legs were shagged and it's new setup so some adjusting is understandable. I guess the tweaks should mean less pain after 200k/120mi but it certainly feels odd! -

good ideas, maybe use rye bread for your sandwhiches. That suff is super dense hence you can get the same amount in a smaller space and it will not get squashed as much.

Is that the German bagel franchise? ;)

No. The Brick Lane Beigel Bake. Possibly the greatest food shop in London. Check out the group on facebook. This is no laughing matter.

It's amzing. Smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel £1.40 and a huge chunk of choc brownie for 60p It's what I was constantly munching on the Sounthend ride. Hippy it's right round the corner from your work, and hardly any pink shirts in Brick Lane. Though you get a few hoxtonites wandering though with asymetrical haircuts.
